By using our Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Platform. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.

Data Controller. For personal information about visitors and account holders, Infinity Software Solutions, LLC is the controller. Where you use the Platform to process personal data of your own contacts or customers, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

Billing and payment details (processed securely through third-party payment providers — we do not store full card numbers);

We are a U.S.-based company and our service providers may be located in various countries. 10. AI Data Processing Notice

We do not use your data to train public or third-party general-purpose AI models. All AI vendors we use are required to comply with data-processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.
